

TAI CHI
This program focuses on modern meditation practices and stress reduction techniques for the busy working adult. Although there are many styles of Tai Chi, this course is designed for you to understand the health benefits of proper body alignment and breathing in sync with your body movements.
To do this, I incorporate various principles from Qigong and Chen, Yang, and Wu Family styles, and proper oxygen usage in drills that can be practiced at any time.
Modern meditation practices understand that the human brain is constantly working! There is no need to empty your brain, rather, you'll learn to better channel your thoughts and thus focus more clearly on what your goals.
This is a 45min class, once per week, for a 4, 6, or 10 week course.
Great for those with joint injuries or heart problems!
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
